this is a beginner friendly pattern, it shouldnt take longer than a hour to complete. this is my first pattern so this is probably more a test for me than it is for anyone else 
as this is my first, i will want a lot of feedback and advice

requirements
must journal when completed
communicate/feedback. if you have poor communication skills, i wont choose you for future tests
there are no yarn or colour requirements
must complete before due date (September 15th) but i dont think it will take you that long.
will be choosing testers on the 9th
