Tester call for Crochet: Baby Lotad (Pokemon No-Sew)

Hi my lovely knotties! I am posting my third tester call (I have been on a roll but I’ve been designing for a couple of weeks now).

The next pokemon in my series is BABY LOTAD! What do you guys think? This guy was super frustrating to make and I gave up several times because I could not get his lily pad right :joy: But I persevered and finally came up with this little dude!

I’ll be needing help from 5 testers and I will have them chosen by Wednesday June 19th (although I’ll keep it open if I don’t get enough applications).

Read below if you want to apply

Skill Required: Beginner-Intermediate
Due Date: Saturday June 29th

  • No yarn or hook requirements (but chenille/plush is preferred).
  • Communication – please do let me know if you are unable to finish or are no longer interested in testing the pattern. No hard feelings and you can still apply for future tests!
  • Provide good quality photos once the piece is finished.
  • No journal required but please document the kind of yarn and hook size used.
  • Provide constructive feedback or recommendations (i.e. easy to follow, spot any mistakes in pattern, etc).

The little flowers, did you cut them out of felt? Or buy them already cut like that? They are so cute I hope they are purchasable!:crossed_fingers::smiling_face:

I cut them out of felt – well really a flower hole puncher did it for me :joy: Hobby lobby sells the little shaped punchers for under $5!

The hole punch actually cuts the felt?:sob: my punches seem to only barely leave an outline. The flowers look so good!

Yes, I use pretty thin felt sheets from Amazon! I used thicker felt ones and it didn’t work too well lol.
