I need testers for my Cute Ghost in Witch’s Hat! This is my first pattern so it might be a little confusing to follow. Please give me tips on how to improve it
I can’t see the photo
Please try reposting the photo! As i cant see it. And maybe also add to your post: duedate, yarn requirements , how many testers youre looking for
i would love to test
I would love to test if i can see the pic and know the deadline!
Can you repost with pic?
This sounds cute! Could you add a pic?
i would love to test this, but could u add a pic? thanks ~moshi
Did a full journal with pictures, feel free to use any of them you want. Here’s the final pic. I think I shall call mine Clementine. ^-^
Ty for helping me test! Clementine is so cuteeee
I had a lot of fun making her! I did point out some issues I found in my journal; mostly that it’s unclear where and how we’re supposed to do the underside of clementine and that the pattern ends up very conical when following the decreasing instructions (in reverse, plus one accidentally skipped line because I’m a newb and didn’t fix my counts on the reverse…)
Other than that, pattern was smooth and so easy to follow!
My reccommendations:
Add an option that doesn’t involve superglue for those who don’t have any or can’t use it. (Sewing with yarn is always a solid option)
Offer a sewing alternative for the hat that doesn’t include the bottom; just sew to the ghostie and stuff when the hole’s small enough. It’ll be easier to join and handle that way, and offer a way for the user to easily use the hat on other patterns. (I’ll be doing this going forward.)
In case you need a numerical measurement, Clementine (Made entirely out of blanket style thick plush yarn) wound up 8 inches tall with the hat crooked.
Thank youuu
