Tester call for Crochet: Elaien Crochet Pattern

Tester call for our Elaien Crochet pattern!! (Avatar inspired):blue_heart:
Due Date: January 28th

I’m so excited to be able to put out this tester call:face_with_hand_over_mouth: I’ve been working on this pattern for a few weeks, it took quite a few trial runs:sob::light_blue_heart: I’m looking for around 4 testers to test the ribblr version, and I have another tester call over on Instagram for the pdf version! There is both a ‘male’ and ‘female’ version, but all of the details are interchangeable.

NOTE: The photos below are not the final pattern photos. These photos are to display the pattern and details you may add when making yours. All pattern photos will be updated before testers are chosen.

There are quite a few strict requirements, I’m sorry:sob::broken_heart:

Requirements:

• Must have all required materials. I put a photo below of the required materials!

• Must have previous journals of work so I can see, or share some photos of your favorite things you’ve crocheted!

• Must be able to finish within 10 days after you are picked. No ghosting or pulling out.

•Must be active in the group chat, or at least keeping me updated on your progress. (At least one message a day is preferred so I know where you’re at, but this is a less strict requirement!)

•I will only be choosing testers that will be using plush yarn (blanket or chenille) as their main yarn. This pattern requires Acrylic too, but that is not the main weight of yarn. If you would like to make multiple in different weights for the testing (this is not expected) that is okay too, as long as at least one is out of plush yarn.

There are no color requirements!! I encourage you to be as creative as you’d like!!

Hello! This pattern is amazing  I applied and I this is my favourite thing that I have crocheted! It isn’t my best work but it is made in chunky chenille and looks super cute!!! The colours I will use are slightly lighter than yours but still cute :light_blue_heart::blue_heart:

Will it be paid or free?

Hey! I would LOVE to test for you, but unfortunately i do not have any felt.. is there anything that you would be ok that I could substitute with?

It will be a paid pattern!

I would love to test this pattern, I would use a size 6 chenille yarn (most likely light blue) as my main yarn. I just would want the option to get a 1-3 day extension in case I need it, since it looks like it has a lot of details.:blue_heart:

Unfortunately felt is one of the main materials:( I suppose if you were willing to Crochet the clothes that would suffice? I thought of maybe adding a crochet loin cloth into the pattern, I may do that!

Short answer: You can still apply, as long as you’re willing to Crochet the details that are necessary, that are typically made with felt (which is very few):heart_hands:

Thicker velvet yarn would be okay!! I forgot to mention that there’s no color requirements  I wouldn’t object even if you wanted to make a neon green one:face_with_hand_over_mouth::heart:

Id love to test!! Id use the thick velvet i was talking about, i might make it dark pink-ish or dark teal-ish to make it fun lol :>

Id use a 4mm/4.5mm hook with that, and i should have all the materials. :light_blue_heart::blue_heart:

I have everything except the chalk. I could embroider the lines or I can buy something when I get to that point.

I would like to test in forresty colors. the yarns would be greens. I think the felt I have most of is light tan but that part I will have to double check. I have lots of beads, buttons, and thread
