Tester call for Crochet: Flying Farm Beans

! PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING !

DUE DATE: January 8th. After applying, if you can’t test the pattern, please give a reasonable excuse. I won’t accept anything like “I’m too busy” or “I have other projects to work on”. If you need an extension, the most I’ll give is TWO DAYS.

SKILLS NEEDED:
This pattern is intermediate, or advanced beginner. It includes stitches such as bbl, hdc, dc, and sc. It also contains quite a lot of sewing.

REQUIREMENTS:
🪽Be able to communicate directly in the group chat, and give feedback (good or bad) only in the group chat.

🪽Provide a photo(s) of the finished product with good lighting.

🪽Make a journal once you’re done.

🪽To show you read EVERYTHING, comment what yarn colour, type, and hook you will use, and what animal you would make!

🪽BE NICE. Do NOT make any rude comments about others’ makes. I know this scarcely happens on Ribblr, but still.

🪽Use appropriate colours. I don’t mind a bit of uniqueness (so I don’t mind if you make a strawberry cow or blueberry cow or whatever), but a bright blue pig with orange and yellow ears and a black snout is just… no.

🪽Any hook size and any weight of yarn is fine! Just remember that the size may differ based on the yarn you use. The highest stitch count in this pattern is 34 stitches in a round.

🪽NO GHOSTING. If I tag you specifically and ask you something, please reply within 4 days. If you do not reply, you will be removed from testing.

OTHER:
I’d prefer to keep things as even as possible for the pig and the cow, so that will be one aspect taken into considereation while picking testers. IF you are thinking about modifying this pattern to make another animal (a cat, a dog, whatever), feel free to let me know! It’s always interesting to see what people come up with.

Include any type of heart emoji in your comment as well!

Ok then I’d love to test the lil flying piggy :pig2:🪽:heartpulse: I’ll use worsted weight yarn with a 3mm hook (pink and white) and velvet yarn (also with a 3mm hook) for ONLY the snout! (Using another shade of pink) also just regular safety eyes!

i would love to test the cow!
i would use 8ply acrylic yarn and a 3.5mm hook.
Still not sure about the colours tho, im torn between a regular cow or a strawberry one:00:cow::revolving_hearts::heart::orange_heart::yellow_heart::green_heart::blue_heart::purple_heart:

Sorry, i forgot to say which I’d like to test! I love both and would love to test both! But if you need a specific one tested I can do it!

I would love to test both with size 4 chenille yarn and a 3.5mm hook. They are both so cute. I’d like to do them both or just the pig if I had to choose just one. I’d use pink for the pig and white and brown for the cow.

I would love to test the little piggy! Acrylic weight 4 with normal pig colors!:sparkling_heart::purple_heart::heartpulse::gift_heart:🩵:blue_heart::two_hearts::heart_on_fire: It is adorable!!!

i would love to test the cow! i would just use regular cow colors (black/white/pink muzzle) likely with a 4mm hook and fuzzy chenille(?) yarn (may or may not use velvet yarn for the wings instead) :black_heart::white_heart:🩷 if i have time i wouldn’t mind testing the pig too! :cow2::pig2:

I would love to test either or both animals. I would use I Love This Yarn Knit Yarn. Super fine chenille. I have all the proper colors for both animals! I would use a size 3mm hook.

Awwww! I would love to test this! :heartpulse::sparkling_heart: I would love to do the pig, but if necessary I would be happy to do the cow. I would use a 3mm hook and cotton 4ply wool, or if you want I could use number 5 crochet thread with a 2mm hook for an extra tiny piggy, its up to you. :pig::gift_heart:

I’d love to test the cow with acrylic yarn in typical colors (black, white and pink) with a 1.5mm hook:heart:

I would to test either tbh. They are both so cute!! I’d use a 3.5 mm hook and worsted weight yarn.
