Hi everyone! I need testers for Kit the Fire Fox. I’ve been working really hard on this pattern for the past week and a half and I just can’t wait to get him out there even though the sleeping version is still missing a couple pieces.
Some notes:
- This pattern has 2 different poses. Some of the parts are the same for both patterns, some are different so under each part of the pattern, it has a sitting and laying section of instructions, if that section is different.
- There is sewing involved, short rounds on the laying version, and also a lot of color changing. Keep that in mind when you apply.
- The sitting version has to have the tails sewn on in a certain spot or it may tip backwards. Weighted stuffing is an option in front legs and body but NOT required. Just don’t sew the tails too high and you’ll be fine.
- The laying version uses SHORT ROUNDS. They’re not too hard and I even posted a link to a youtube video in the pattern so you could see how it works if you don’t understand the instructions. That helps give it the curve in the body.
- Please note my laying version is missing 2 tails still so I’ll get updated pictures once I finish those tomorrow. They’ll be curling around the outside of both back legs when they are sewn on.
Testing requirements:
- No yarn or color requirements other than using 2 colors for the color changing on at least some parts of the body (I’m fine if you don’t do all of them like the little white one where I didn’t do the paws because I didn’t have the yarn on me when I made them).
- I am looking for 5 testers for each type of pattern so please identify whether you want to test sitting, laying, or you have no preference.
- You must also list the type of yarn and hook size, along with color if you know what colors already.

I have one tester call to finish up and a flower for my auntie then i can start 
id be using Bernat acrylic yarn with a 4.0mm hook and id like you make the sitting one but if you need the laying down one instead i can 
im not sure what colors id use yet 
butttt when payday comes if they have white at Walmart then id love to make a white and blue one
