Tester call for Crochet: Kiwi squishy

Hi! I need testers for my Kiwi squishy.
It would be nice if you had a crochet Instagram, where you would post about it, but it’s not required. I want to use your photos of this squishy in the final pattern. Please read the rules before applying.
Rules:

  • Reply to my messages in the Ribblr group chat within 3 days, if you don’t do that you will be removed from testing
  • Make a journal, it can be just a photo of the finished product. Do not include instructions from the pattern in the journals
  • Finish by deadline, if you notice 3 days before deadline that you can’t make it tell me about it. I can extend the deadline, but only when you inform me in advance.
    Deadline: 10th December
    You can use any yarn you want
    It’s on the beginner level.

I applied and it shows i have the pattern in my testing section but i dont see a “private” message board with the testers

You can start it now if you want, in private message I will just write rules and deadline again so it won’t be any new information

U know ive actually looked at the little kiwi pic long enough and all i see is an avocado now :sob::skull:

I know it looks a lot like avocado lol i was following the reference picture since I was making this kiwi for my boyfriend and he didn’t want “biblically accurate” kiwi as I called it. I think doing last row or two of the front in pale yellow in place of the circle would make it look more kiwi like and no co much avocado

I feel like if the yellow was higher up itd actually look like the lightest part of the kiwi instead of an avocado which the pit is lower to the bottom
