I would love to test. My niece loves monkeys and it is her birthday this month!!! I don’t have any brown blanket yarn but if you are happy for me to mix up colours I would use blanket yarn with a size 5.5 hook. otherwise I have some smaller velvety chenille that I could use with a 4mm hook
