I need testers for my Mesh Beach Tote - Crochet ePattern
Due Date: August 29th, on a Saturday. Choosing testers on August 10th, Monday.
This is a mesh tote that could be a nice pick for a beach look or if you make it all solid then it could be a bag for going out. I’ve used an alternation of Hdc rows and Dc mesh rows but you could change it to do anything you want like Tc mesh rows or sc rows, I want this to be a pattern but also a rough guideline to making whatever tote you’d want so get creative with it!

This is a fairly easy pattern for a beginner, the only ‘hard’ part is probably the strap construction but otherwise this is open to anyone who would like to test!

I’d suggest using a cotton yarn that’s sturdy such as Lily Sugar n’ Cream, Loops n’ Threads, or Peaches n’ Cream, or something that will hold its shape well. Here I’ve used a 5mm hook but you can change it depending on your preferences or gauge.

Have fun! For this bag I have two options of ending on a mesh row, or on a solid row and how to do the straps that way as well as visuals. The royal blue in the picture is ended on a solid row and the teal one in the final photos is ended on a mesh row, so make or customize as you please.

I’m excited to see who applies and how everyone’s will turn out, I will be picking testers on Monday, August 10th, choosing around 5-7 testers at most. Other than that I’d love to hear if this is a pattern of interest to get a move on to making some paid patterns lol.
