Tester call for Crochet: No-Sew Fruit Chicks #2 - 6-in-1 Crochet Bundle [Closed]

Hi guys!! I need testers for my no-sew fruit chicks bundle #2!! As you can probably tell, they’re based on my baby chick pattern, but they’re worked up a bit differently :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: This pattern includes both regular and popping mods for each of the fruit hats with pictures and videos to help! Bundle #1 is out for testing too both here and on Instagram, so be sure to check out the other tester call here if you’re interested!

Due Date: January 30th
Please only apply if you’re able to finish on time, and pleaseee let me know if you want to opt out of testing! If you have not completed the journal (with a picture) by the due date with no explanation, I will have to assume that you no longer want to test the pattern and remove you :(

Additional Requirements:
:yarn: Please use the right fruit colors! They do not have to be the exact shade I used as long as they still work!

:camera: Please make a journal with at least one good picture in it (good lighting + clear/uncluttered background if possible). I especially love natural lighting/outdoor pics :D I’ll use that picture in tester appreciation! :)

  • I may also use photos for promotional purposes, so let me know if you don’t want your picture included. Thanks!

:envelope: Use the group chat to discuss any concerns, feedback, or things you’re confused about. Let me know about errors/suggestions in the group chat—not in the final journal please!

:speech_balloon: Comment:

  1. What kind of yarn you would use.
  2. Which chicks (please choose at least two!) you’d want to test. You’re always welcome to test more if you want to!! :)
  3. Whether you’d test the regular and/or popping version.

(Note: if you don’t have any makes on Ribblr yet, please attach at least one picture of your make(s))

Thank you! :)

I’ll be picking testers within 3 days.

So cute! Would love to test with chenille size 4 and 2.25mm hook. Popping version and have yarn to make all the options so can make whatever ones are needed to be tested. The Orange and banana are my favorites though!

If I could I would use the worsted weight yarn because I don’t have plush. And I would like to do the strawberry and the pumpkin( i think it’s a pumpkin)

I would be using worsted weight yarn and a 3 mm hook. I’d like to test the watermelon and orange possibly in both.

I would LOVE to test the kiwi or pear pop-it chick! I can use size 4 in orange, green, brown, and white since I don’t have yellow at the moment.. WITH a 2.5mm hook

These are so cute! I would do the strawberry, banana, and pear! I would want to do at least 1 popper! I’m thinking I would use plush yarn for rhe chicks, acrylic (doubled up to be the same weight) for the fruits, and a 4mm hook. I might use feels like bliss if I can find it. I do have the correct colors! :pear:  :strawberry:
