I’d love to test this with chenille yarn with a 4 mm hook. I have two shades of blue/green in premier parfait for the body, blue, yellow, and lime for tail.

The max stitch count is 24 sts and the body is 22 rounds
You need to sew on the beak and feathers
You do not have to have 4 feathers and can add as much as you want
