I would test but I don’t have chenille yarn in enough colours and you can’t get more in Australia bc the one store that shelled it for less than a fortune stopped shipping to Australia, but otherwise if you would let me I would Deffo test this little guy in acrylic and a 3.5mm hook!

He is sooo cute! Sadly I don’t have any chenille yarn but I could use a acrylic yarn (weight 4 I believe ) with a 3.5mm hook and this way if anyone when using the official pattern wanted to do it in acrylic they can see the size difference .

I just changed it so now you can use chenille or acrylic yarn and a 3.5mm hook is close to a 4mm so if you’re still interested in testing my pattern you can test it out.

Hi! I’d like to test your cute penguin pattern! I’ll do it with a chenille velvet yarn (Alison & May brand) and a 4 hook, in light grey, cream and dark gray. Thank you for your interest.

Hey thanks for letting me test but do you think you could but it in my testing library because i probably will forget lol.

Thank you for letting me test you penguin, I just wanted to warn you that it is already marked as tested in my profile, whereas I haven’t even begun to knit it. Not a problem for me but I’ll still do it as soon as I can.
