Additional Requirements: use your creativity, use any colour of yarn you liked. 4mm crochet hook and 4ply yarn required

That is SOOOO cute! My sister is currently using my only 4mm crochet hook so could I make it in 5mm? My cat would try to take it off immediately but still. It’d funny.
