Hey folks,
I need about 6 testers for my Spider Mesh Pullover (at least one tester for each size from XS to XXL).
The pattern comes in two styles: cropped as in the picture and full length.
The tester call stays open until 31th January or until I have found enough testers. So apply soon!
Due Date is 28th February. If you need more time, please let me know at least 3 days before this date.
Here are the requirements:
You should be able to read filet crochet graphs.
When you apply, please comment the size and style (cropped or full length) you want to test!
You will need medium/worsted yarn and a 4,5 mm crochet hook. For size S, I used about 300 grams / 660 meters of yarn. When you’re finished, please tell me the yarn and the amount of yarn you used in total for your size.
Please make a journal with at least one good picture of your finished piece (flat lying or hanging is totally fine!). And please give me your agreement to use your picture(s) for marketing.

Actually, there are a lot of online ressources on how to read filet graphs. I also added a small instruction. Maybe you could watch some youtueb videos and give it a try

So pretty! Unfortunately I probably don’t have the perseverance to finish it

Yes, it takes some time to finish it. I think it took me a week or two besides my 40h job, but that also involved creating the pattern

Would it be possible for me to lengthen the body, so it’s not as cropped?? Is so pretty

If you’re able to “freestyle” some rows of the pattern then yes, but the pattern itself does not include this possibility at the moment. Maybe I should add a longer version later, I like this idea

Ok, I think I’ll give it a go. I’ll maybe try a slightly thicker yarn and hook to make it longer, but I should be able to extend the top and bottom a little? If that’s ok? I really love mesh tops lol
So maybe Red Heart Super Saver in sage green for an XS

I think that’s a good idea. Maybe you could try using a mix of the XS and the XXL pattern
And I noticed that the pattern works best with lighter colours (I tried using black and you did almost see nothing of the pattern
)

Great; it’s a lighter green so it should work

I think I would do this in gray or white! Size large

I just updated the call, because I decided that I am going to add full length graphs for all sizes.
So you will be able to choose between cropped or full length.
