I need testers for my Spiral Kitten - Crochet ePattern

please read everything before applying

This is an intermediate level pattern! This pattern is ragdoll style so it is made in flat pieces that are crocheted together (no sewing!) It also uses a spiral technique. Stitches used: ch, sl st, sc, hdc, dc, sc and hdc increases and decreases.

Using weight 4 yarn and a 3.5mm hook, my kitten is about 7 inches tall.

Due Date: 2026-06-21T04:00:00Z

Additional Requirements:

  • you can use any weight yarn you would like and in any 2 colors. I used worsted weight yarn in orange and cream. Use any size hook that works with your yarn. I used 3.5mm hook.
  • embroidered face is optional
  • Provide all feedback and report issues in the group chat.
  • Post a final photo to your journal (do not put issues/feedback in journal during testing)
  • must be able to finish by due date
  • if you are interested in testing, please comment with what yarn type/weight you’d use, what 2 colors, and a :cat_face:.

I will choose testers by Saturday, June 13th.

This is too cute to not apply :face_holding_back_tears: I’d love to help with testing, I’d use super bulky yarn and a 5 mm hook :cat:

This is so so so adorable!!

I would probably use #4 medium weight yellow/orange multicolor and white yarn and probably a 4.5 or 5mm hook!

Omg, cats and spirals?! Is this real life? I don’t have any idea what colors I’d want to do this in but worsted weight in maybe purple and black? :cat_face:

I would love to test it. Acrylic #4, white with a black spiral. :cat_face: Apart from it being absolute adorable, it sounds like it would be a fun pattern to follow.
