Strawberry Matcha Dragon Tester Call
This is my new pattern for the Strawberry Matcha Dragon! It is Jellycat-inspired and was originally made for my little sister’s birthday.
It is an intermediate pattern featuring difficult stitching, a lot of sewing, and small/tight rounds, so please only apply if you are comfortable with these techniques.
Materials needed:
• At least 2 colours of yarn (preferably green and pink, but it is completely up to you which colours you choose)
• Less than 100g of each yarn colour
• A 2.5–4mm hook (your preference)
• Darning needle
• Stuffing
• Safety eyes (I used 8mm)
Due date: 1st July
Please do not abort testing without telling me.
I’m looking for around 5–8 testers, as this pattern takes a long time and I want to keep the testing group manageable. Testers will most likely be chosen based on experience and yarn colour choices. If you have tested for me before, you will have priority — just let me know in the comments.
Testers will need to:
• Give feedback (mistakes/errors) only in the tester group chat
• Post a journal
• Meet deadlines
Testers will receive:
• Final pattern for free
• Tagged in pattern
• Future testing priority
Current photos will not be the final pattern photos, but I needed to post the tester call and the lighting outside is currently not very good. They will be updated when I can.
