I need testers for my Telchinas no-sew pattern - Crochet ePattern
Due Date: 16 June 2024
Additional Requirements:
-
You have to be able to read and understand a pattern written in US terms. This is not a pattern that teaches you how to crochet, you have to have some experience and knowledge. You also have to be able to communicate and give me feedback about possible mistakes in English or Greek.
-
You should have a public crochet account on instagram or tiktok and be willing to post a photo or a reel on release date. Please let me know of your handle.
-
You’ll have to be able to finish the project by June 16th. I’ll choose the testers on 12th. It takes me about two hours to make them.
-
I’d like for this pattern to be tested as widely as possible, so let me know in a comment what type and colour of yarn you are planning to use. I also wish for the pattern to be as accessible as possible, so if you are dyslexic or colourblind and you could help with that, please let me know.

Hi, i would like to test this!
I would like to use either 2mm chenille (3.5mm hook) or medium weight velvet chenille (4.5mm hook). I would love to do them in a fun colour like fuchsia!

I’d love to test with velvet and a 3mm hook, but I don’t have insta or tiktok

You can’t have another social media platform be a requirement on Ribblr!

They probably want you to post it so that more people will see it on other platforms and then will get it here.

Yes, but it’s not allowed to be a requirement
it can be a suggestion though

Where does it say that that is not allowed? If you don’t like what the requirements are then don’t apply. It’s not even a big deal.

Actually it does say that. Several other people have mentioned that in other tester calls. Don’t put it on @craftycellist! She’s stating the truth!

But Ribblr shouldn’t get to decide requirements! That should be up to the designer. Surely if you can pick what color you should be able to ask for them to post on another social media platform.

The point is that everyone should be able to do everything Ribblr offers for them! Even if they don’t have other socials

I understand why the designer would want that. Can’t you?

right, that makes it a fair chance at testing for everyone

Ribblr makes too many rules. They want to be in charge of everything that we do on here.

I would use glittery red and glittery white for the pattern.
