Ok here:

Summary
  1. For round 4 you might want to add the specific number of sc so it would be:
    sc 2, inc 3, sc 4 (12)

  2. For round 6, you might want to explain what a base stitch is because it was a little confusing for me (I think it means same stitch)

  3. On round 7, it says sc until 1stitch the top of the tail and you might want to explain that more because it was really confusing

  4. Round 9 was “Sc, Dec around” and the end st count was (5), while the previous st count was (12) so if I sc, Dec5 there would be one more st left and a st count of 7. This doesn’t make much sense
