I need testers for the first pattern of my Scrapbusters series, a little boba! ![]()
Due date: August 10 (I want to release it by my birthday)
A little explaination…
Scrapbusters is something new I am trying. I don’t want to post the same basic patterns as everyone else, so I added a little twist! Basically, you know when you have those scraps of yarn that are too small to use normally, but aren’t quite small enough you can just throw them away? These patterns will help you use them up without having to risk yarn chicken.
Note: I have never seen this before, but I would not be surprised if someone has already done this or something similar. Please do not get mad if this is similar to something of yours, I worked hard to create it and didn’t copy anyone else’s work.
Requirements
No yarn or color requirements - get creative!
You must post a journal with a good photo - that means uncluttered backgrounds, good lighting, and focused photos
Keep feedback (errors, typos, suggestions, etc.) in the group chat - not your journal
Be active in the group chat - if you do not respond to the original message withing 48 hours, I will remove you from testing
No ghosting! I understand that life happens, so if you need an extension, please just ask. If you leave with no explanation, you will be blocked from future testing
If you decide to apply, tell me what your favorite book (or movie) is to prove you have read all of the requirements
Additional information
Testers will be chosen on August 2 (a little over a week to complete the pattern)
This pattern does require some sewing, but it took me less than an hour to complete
No skill requirements! I would love feedback from people with different perspectives
If you have any questions (either about Scrapbusters or the pattern), please ask!
How to apply
Comment what hook and yarn you will use, along with the color
Let me know your skill level (beginner/intermediate/advanced)
Add previous makes if you don’t have any on Ribblr yet
And of course, please remember to click the pattern photo to apply
Note: I will take better photos of the plushes soon, I just needed to get the testing process started so I can release this on time :)
