Hi guys, I believe that one of my testers has left Ribblr all together. Their name is still showing on my tester list and I am not sure about what I should do. Should I just delete them?

Yup. If their profile isn’t showing up, and it doesn’t say their profile is private, the account is most likely deleted.

I’ve got another problem!
I had a person on my testing list who I messaged in the testing GC but their name disappeared from the tester list and they are in the GC. I checked, their account still exists.
Do you think this is just a glitch? I know they had it previously but disappeared under my nose.

Could it be that they clicked the icon in the top left corner of the testing image (in their testing tab) to remove themselves from the tester call?

You could also message them privately to check to see if they removed themselves from the tester call.
