Testers not showing up on manage testing page

I have a tester that is done, the due date came up and it says it is overdue on their side, I don’t see them when I go to the “manage and message testers page” on my shop. What can I do? I manually added them if that helps.

I think all you do is remove them, I’m not sure to be exact

Thanks, I didn’t realize since I manually added them to all my patterns (they applied for both but it didn’t work therefore I manually added them) that I had to remove them manually.
