guys, I am new to pattern making here and the testing process and I seem to have some issues with it. I changed the cover image of my pattern after sending out the tester call (stupidly), so now I had 2 pages with the same information (I asked them to remove one of them). and now someone else applied for the pattern and I can’t seem to find them in the testing section…
does that mean that I have to rewrite the whole pattern and redo the whole testing process? I am so confused
They should show in your shop manager under the testing tab as long as they clicked the picture and clicked yes on the pop up. Sometimes people click the picture but aren’t meaning to apply so it will show next to the picture that it was clicked, but they won’t actually show up on your shop manager for testing.
You should not need to redo the pattern or the tester call. The link will still work regardless of you changing the image, just breaks the picture is all. You can always just post extra pictures and post the link itself too if that happens again.
