So in the past when I have made tester calls I have only a few applications (probably not giving enough time to apply I give around 3 days) I am writing a pattern for a jellycat inspired fox and I am nearly done, but I don’t think I will make it a tester call if not many people apply. This is the inspo:
If most of your tests come out around a holiday, or a busy life season for most people, you won’t get many testers. Especially for the teenagers on here that do a lot of testing.
Pictures also make a big difference. Good pictures will have more people interested.
If I have a tester call that isnt getting much attention, I will share it on Facebook crochet groups, and often get a few more testers.
Okay will keep that in mind, thanks for the feedback! I do have a problem with photos because my camera quality is very poor and I don’t use canva too much but I am hoping to save up for a better one <3
I have struggled with that as well. My biggest issue has been having a clean looking background, and good lighting. Even the best camera will not take good pictures without good lighting, and you don’t want to have a cluttered background
