Hey everyone, I just posted a tester call last week and most of the testers are having trouble messaging or submitting their work and projects so, please let me know if there is a solution to this issue or bug in testing 
This happens with every tester call I’ve made (I’m kinda a beginner so I’ve only made 2 so far 
)
Did you create a group chat through the testing tab in your shop manager? That would be where the testers would provide issues, comments, and final pictures. They also should be submitting final pictures in their journals
Ohh ok thanks then how will I message the testers and how will they submit?
When you create the group chat, that is messaging them. It is a message to all testers. They can ask questions and you can chat all in one spot. They submit a journal through the pattern itself
I suggest taking a look at the help center and testing guidelines so you can get a better idea of how to go through it all

Are these testers showing as being in the group chat? If you make a group chat and then approve more testers, you need to manually add those new testers. That is why is easier to approve everyone at the same time after closing the call, then make the group chat.
Agree. If you don’t have them in the group chat, go to the gc and where it lists all the users, there will be a + mark. you can click that and then manually add them. Then they can access the gc
