Okay, I’ve always had this question and you guys seem to be the right people to ask- what’s the difference between a furry and a therian? I just want to know so I don’t accidentally offend people.

A furry is a person who has a character that is a animal, and doesnt believe they’re an ‘animal’
A therian is (generally) someone who believes they have a past life(s) as an animal!

course!! coming from someone whos both :> (my view on the therian is a little different, since my religion goes against it but its a long explaination, and obviously theres different segments to therian-hood-ness, like claudohearts and such!)
