Thumbs up/down for journal entrys-testing

Hey everyone! I’m testing a pattern and when you go in to do a journal the first time the two questions pop up at the bottom. You do thumbs up or down… Well I think I accidentally hit the down thumb and once you hit it it’s gone… Is there a way to fix that!!! Thank you!

I believe you can delete your journal and redo it.
But I’m not 100% sure. Iv’e only done it once.

I think there is a ‘previous note’ at the very bottom… But it won’t let me click into it or on it. I didn’t finish the journal… I started and when I thought I hit it I think I just backed out thinking I could fix it… But it only seems to show up the first time you click into making a journal

I see there is a post from last year about the thumbs up or down, there was no real solution and I can’t find a way to do it
