Greetings beans of ribblr,

I’m in need of a tiny party hat pattern as im trying to recreate this,

Party Shrimp in Confetti

For a friend’s birthday present. I swear I saw a mini party hat pattern on ribblr last week but I can’t find it now. I’m looking for a free pattern, can be a video or written pattern and it doesn’t have to be on ribblr!
