tip for making clean stripes in amigurumi

hi everyone!! i saw this really cool method for making stripes/clean color changes on youtube and wanted to share it. here’s what mine looked like when i tried it out:

basically, after you connect your new color, instead of immediately doing a round of single crochets you make a “foundation round” of slip stitches in the BLO. you then work your single crochets into that round of slip stitches
