I need help with getting these patterns tested!!! so far I have made a bunny tapestry and a bingo tapestry (off of bluey) and plan to make more!!! Keep in mind that these patterns will be turned into paid patterns!!!

Keep in mind that Bingo is a copyrighted character and you cannot profit from it without permission from the owner.

So you haven’t actually made these tapestries that you’ve put tester calls out for? And there’s no pictures so testers can’t even see what they might be making…

And you’re planning on making money from the work others are doing but you haven’t completed yourself. Why not slow down and worry about quality over quantity?

Do you plan on making all of these tapestries yourself at some point? If you don’t and you use your tester’s photos as the cover to your pattern, that is exploitation.

I’m sure you had great intentions but this would be like if a famous painter sold paint-by-numbers art in order for you to have a print of their new painting without seeing the finished product.
If there are no written instructions to go along with the graph, no reference photos, where to do color changes, etc. Like in a typical pattern, not many people will want to buy.
It will cause problems in the long run if all people have to rely on are graphs and tester journals. You will have no way of helping them or answering questions unless you’ve actually put in the work.

I just want to make sure that you cant use other people graph art unless you have their permission because that would also be copywrite, because that’s their work (or so I’ve been told)

Yeah, I know!!! I’m going to crochet each project!!! I just wanted to get people so they can start on it!!!
yea what I’m saying is you can find a graph and then crochet it and put in sts and call it your own, because it isn’t your graph art

I made my graph, I didn’t copy off of anyone, but I did look on google at a few already drawn images to get inspo, and then I made the graph!!!
