Can I create a topic for just a certain group of people?

Since topics are public posts I don’t believe you can, the best thing I think you can do is tag whoever you wish to participate in the post and write in the title or beginning of topic that only they can comment, or just to create a group chat or group message as that’s private and only certain people (those you invite/added) will be able to see and participate in it

Oh okay thanks for the help. I will just send a group chat. But quick question after you make a group chat and no longer need it can you delete it?

It depends are you going to use the chat or message feature? I believe you can for both but the method is different for each
Yeah you can delete chats 
It’s okay I don’t need to make a chat anymore I just end opened my shop so now I can do tester calls!
