Anyone know how to make the transition from joining rounds to a spiral?
I am making a draw string bag and have joined rounds on the bottom so it will lay flat but want to complete the “sides” in a spiral.

ooh, that’s hard, maybe you could slowly transition to spiral? Like for the first round where you’re not joining you could do the last st in treble crochet, and the first st of the next round hdc, and it would be a bit smoother.

Maybe do a sc, hdc, dc, tc.
