So Iāve been having trouble adding my pictures into one of my patterns. Itās only happening with the one and I tried duplicating it and even adding it in again but it still wonāt upload the picture. At one point I think I had restarted my phone to try and fix it but it didnāt help either. It did let me upload a completely unrelated photo. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

No, itās just a regular picture. It wonāt work for any that relate to the pattern actually. It did work with a picture I took earlier for a different pattern.

Thatās really strange I wonder why that is? It sounds like a bug so hopefully Ribblr can figure it out or another whoās had this happen to them shares how they fixed it (if it was)

I had tried seeing if the problem was that they werenāt actually on .y device but I havenāt freed up space in a while so their still there. It works with others in the same timeframe just not the ones I want

Iām posting our reply here so other users who have the same issue could see the solution.
Your photos are too large and canāt be uploaded. (3472 by 4624 pixels, 1.5M)
For future photos, please set your phoneās camera to a lower resolution.
Please use compression tools such as https://www.reduceimages.com/ to reduce the size of your current images.
As an example, we uploaded two images to your pattern. These images were compressed with the recommended tool. One of the images is compressed to 500 pixel wide and the other one to 1000 pixels wide. See if you can spot the differences between themā¦ :)
