Trouble setting discounts (resolved)

Hi! I don’t know why but when I try to set a discount (regardless it it is any individual discount for a single pattern or a shop sale) it just don’t work. Like, I set everything and when I confirm it nothing changes in my shop.

Can somebody help me with this please?

A few things to try:

• make sure the start date is not set to the future, and please note it’s in UTC/GMT.
• The minimum discount is 5%. Anything less than that would not work.
• make sure you only enter digits in the ‘discount’ box

If this still does not work please message our team @Ribblr so they can open a ticket for you and escalate this to our tech team.
