Tunisian beaded slipper socks

Hello! I’m new and this is my first post - I thought it would be fun to share my latest Tunisian finished work.

I made these as a birthday gift - it’s in the mail now, so I can start sharing on my social media accounts next week!

But you know how it is… you’re so happy it turned out well and you want to show and tell!

I’ve wanted to try tunisan crochet for a while do you have any tips?

I think it’s easiest to get started if you can practice using 5 chains. Then you will get a lot of repetition for making the edge stitches, and you will see your work progress.

I like to practice with a larger hook, so if the yarn says “5mm” I will use 6mm.

I start with the simple stitch at first. :yarn:

Thank you! I’m new to Ribblr & I appreciate having a place to share my work! I didn’t have a pattern for beading so I just improvised my own.

Thank you! (I am practicing using Ribblr’s features - not 100% on any of them yet!)
