This was the video cases on the table in front of Duke Weaselton in Zootopia when he was pirating videos. It was also meant to be a hint at upcoming movies, I think. You can also see Giraffic, listed as a Weaselton exclusive, this was clearly him attempting to sneak his own movie into a pile of pirated already-famous ones to get his name out there as a videographer or producer.
