Unable to Claim Free Patterns today

HI Guys soo today I for some reason still haven’t been able to get my free patterns. Yesterday I collected my patterns at 10 am so I was expecting to able to grab em now but no luck Idk if its just a glitch for me but would love any advice or suggestions

It’s probably just a glitch, maybe try login out then back in? Or restart your device?

That’s weird. You should probably try logging out and then logging back in.

Hmm that’s weird. Maybe try to reload the app, log out and back in, or if you’re on a computer on google: x out the tab.

What combre said and I don’t know if it was 24 hours that you waited

If they claimed their last free pattern at 10am yesterday (assuming it’s past 10 am for them), they should be able to claim more patterns today.

I figured that not sure if they tried before that or not

Figured they did try before though

So I tried logging out and back in, resetting my device, closing the tabs, and I still haven’t been able to claim the patterns so I’ll wait another few hours and if still hasn’t let me claim them I’ll wait for tmro

Hi,
Not sure what time zone you’re in but I just checked and it has not been 24 hours yet. It should be another 20 minutes for the first one and 2.5 hours for all 5 of them.
