this looks like a glitch thatâs occurring for many people, as iâve seen many posts about it. iâd suggest just waiting to see what ribblr officially says about it, and im sure they will extend the window to claim gems, so youâll be able to claim them tomorrow if not today!

Theyâve fixed it now! Theyâve also added extra time so you now have 15 hours left to claim it

There was an issue starting at roughly 11pm GMT.
We sincerely apologise. Our team has been working hard to find a fix and itâs now fixed. We also extended the gift by an additional 12 hours to allow those who couldnât claim more time
