US or UK crochet terms

Hi. Brand new in here. Can you tell me please if the crochet patterns are in UK or US terms? Or is it individual in each pattern. Thanks.

You should be able to set your preference and patterns will be shown in your style.

- Language translator

Change pattern’s language. This automatically translates the entire pattern to your chosen language. The icons are located within the user prefernces menu on mobile.

Ok thanks. But will this limit the amount of patterns?

Hi!
All patterns on Ribblr are available in both English US and English UK thanks to the auto translator so as a crafter you can choose any pattern and if you are a designer you can just use your native language and let the system translate it for you

In general though, North America uses US terms. Europe and Australia uses UK terms.
