Ribblrs - we’re hiring
At a time when many craft and yarn companies are cutting teams and creatives, Ribblr is continuing to grow.
If you’ve been laid off by a craft/yarn company or if working for Ribblr sounds like a dream job - this one is for you.
As @lir recently shared, we believe creative spaces belong to people.
And not only that, they should be built by people who understand the joy, patience, and also the frustration and imperfections behind every project.
So we’re looking for talented crafters to join our team!
1. Growth Marketing Manager (This is a remote, full-time role)
This role is for someone creative who wants to help spread the word about Ribblr.
You’ll work with our team on campaigns, events, inreach and outreach marketing, with a strong focus on organic growth.
You’ll also help own our marketing calendar, shape creative campaigns, spot opportunities, and review performance.
We’re not looking for someone to follow the old playbook. We’re looking for someone driven and creative. Someone who’s excited to reinvent the wheel, roll up their sleeves, and work within a small team that deeply cares about fellow crafters.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience (ideally with an organic growth orientation)
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Experience working in small, agile teams
- Strong English communication skills
If that’s you, please click here to apply.
2. Crafter Support Specialist (This is a remote part-time role)
This role is for someone who loves crafts and genuinely loves helping people.
You’ll support fellow crafters with their accounts, patterns, and questions. You’ll also help monitor support inboxes, community questions, and user flags, making sure issues are handled quickly and kindly. Living up to the Ribblr standard.
Some moments will be challenging, but you’ll be working with one of the most positive communities on the internet.
If you are excited by the idea of helping crafters feel supported, confident, and seen, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in support roles
- Comfortable working in a tech environment and learning new tools
- Technical confidence and ability to troubleshoot
- Kind, patient, and able to stay calm when things get busy
- A deep commitment to supporting real people (not just ‘customers’)
If that’s you, please click here to apply.
A little about Team Ribblr.
We are a small fast-moving team of crafters. Anyone working here has a voice, and everyone gets to help shape the future of Ribblr.
This probably isn’t the ideal work place for you if you prefer a traditional corporate job but it’s the perfect place if you love to collaborate, share ideas and live in the little details, be involved in problem-solving every day.
If this sounds like a perfect fit for you then please apply!
And if you know someone brilliant who is also obsessed with crafts (ideally crochet/knitting/sewing) please tag them or send them our way.
