Yeh nah, ive had it once and its so unhealthy, full of untold sugar, carbohydrates off the scale nit a good choice uf you want to keep your teeth, be healthy you should Google it not good so id not even bother to try it. It would put your insulin levels in overdrive and if your young DON’T DO IT. im late 50s a d even though it tasted ok you should always find out the ingredients nit go by the trend of your pairs, friends etc. Have a water instead

I’ve only had 1-3 times due to it being quite far away and it’s more of a snackky drink than have with food drink anyways Ice cold water is delish
