what should i make for my first pattern?

I have made some amigurumi from youtube. I would like to get some suggestions on what I should try to make on my own as my first pattern.
these are the yarns that I have in medium weight 4

  • grey
  • green
  • cherry red
  • pale yellow
  • orange
  • blue
  • pink
  • brown
  • black

Perhaps food amigurumi? You could even have then themed to the seasons… summer time… tons of fruits, lemonade, popsicles… fall lattes, slices of pie…etc…. Good luck!

I started with amigurumi pattern of just a normal ball it teaches you everything you need to know

I think you should make SpongeBob!! :sponge: :star::crab::squid::whale::blowfish::lobster::chipmunk: (see how many of those characters you can name :wink:) I don’t think it would be too terribly difficult. It would be a good challenge though! I am planning on releasing a SpongeBob pattern soon!
