I learned to knit first and the knit purl stitches
and crochet it was single crochet.

single crochet, double crochet and treble crochet. learned hdc the next day.my first big project? a scarf. when i was making it, it got smaller at one end bcuz i did not know about turning chains and didnt crochet into them.

Chain, single, double half double and treble Yay to foundation crochet

Knit, then about 15 or more years later, purl. LOL. Prefer knitted cast on, although learned long tail first.
