What to yall think of ami stitch sticks?

What do yall think of ami sticks? Bc all i use are plastic yarn needles and crochet hooks. And ami sticks are soooooo big! Like, i make smallish amigurumis, so i feel like ami needles are just super bulky and a big hassle.

I’m pretty sure they pin down amigurumi limbs (or wtv u r sewing together) when you are sewing so the limbs dont move when u sew

I just use darning needles or pins to hold my peices down

I love ami stix! I use them regularly, but small knitting needles work, as well as large darning needles but for big projrcts they are a lifesaver!

I have a pair of them but I’ve been making more no/low-sew amigurumi, but I’m about to start market prep… last time I used them it worked ok, better than knitting needles in my opinion
