So for a while I’ve when wondering what’s amaguri but I just thought it was crocheting plushies but now I don’t think it is? (Sorry if the sounds like something everyone knows

Yeah, amigurumi is specifically plushies that are made in the round, so in a spiral!!

The differences are blurred nowadays but Amigurumi came out of Japan and means crocheted toys. It was usually done yarn under, and when having amigurumi competitions there were certain guidelines one had to follow.
