My worst fear/nightmare would probably giving up on a project and going back like a year later and not knowing what hook size you used! Like was it 3.5, or 4.5? I have experience with this…and its not good.
One of my other fears is when your stitch marker falls out mid round and you don’t know where it was

Not really a “fear,” but when working on a bigger piece or with many color changes and needing to frog a few rows back to where you think its messed up but it wasn’t actually.

Yeah exactly, like on a blanket or something, having to frog even a couple rows is torture! 
And when it wasn’t even a problem and you wasted all that time for nothing!

Ummm, idk maybe the dark forces of my chair eating up literally everything I need at that moment (hooks, tapestry needles)

Working on something that is #1 or #2 weight for a month and gave it away only for it to completely unravel.

Worse is when they discontinue the yarn line and the yarn sharks are selling it for 2-3 x the
original price.

my worst nightmares 
I actually was crocheting a blanket, like 2 months ago, with yarn I bought three years ago, and I was using a purple and yellow, and I had forgotten Where I bought the yarn from! And if you think thats bad, when we remembered where I bought it, it was out of stock so I kept returning to that store, and then I realized it wasn’t out of stock but actually…
