When I click on patterns from the ribblr pattern page sometimes I can not click the “More” link for the reviews. Theres a hot air balloon that I tested and I was trying to look at the other reviews. When I click to show more nothing happens.
What is the name of the pattern so i can look at it?
this happens to me too… i don’t know why.
i’d guess it’s this pattern!! FREE Hanging Hot Air Balloon: Crochet pattern | Ribblr
It happened to me when there were onky 2 reviews!
I’ve had this problem many times
Happens to me a lot. Just figuring it is a glitch unfortunately
We are not aware of any issue and it works as intended on our end. Can you share a quick screen video with us plus your device information? (device model, and whether you are using the app or not)
This also happens to me. I am not too sure how to fix it though. :[
Yeah this happens to me too.
it works for me but i’m on my laptop so maybe that’s why
That happens to me all the time ![]()
Sorry for the slow response I had a dentist app today
@aeryneso yes exactly but it’s also done it on others when I try to look at the rest of the reviews. I can open them and then when I try to click through them it will stop.
Hmm i just looked at it and when i clicked view more i could see all the reviews
They will load normally but then if I try to look at a different one nothing happens. Its like it doesn’t register my click. I’m on a desktop on the website, not using the app. Working on screen rec for ribblr but it’s working ok at this moment. ![]()
I have a video of it but my phone died before I could send it. I will get that in as soon as my phone is back on and i edit the size. But when I click show more it will load normally until I start to switch through them. I am using the back button on my browser which is chrome. I am also on ribblr.com on a desktop windows 10 pc.
yeah, same!!
i have a few screen records but i am not sure where to upload them, the site says the file type is not accepted.
Hi,
You can email them to support@ribblr.com and we’ll take a look. Does it happen on desktop? Mac / PC? Any specific browser?
Any “hint” will be appreciated as we can’t see it on our end :( ![]()
Thx,

I am on a windows 10 desktop, using google chrome. I have not tried it on my laptop yet. I sent one in a message here, should I still email it as well?
