When to Frog?

So despite knitting for upwards of 15 years I haven’t strayed too far from hats and scarves out of fear of messing up really really badly. (I have dyscalcula and a whole complex about it I’m working on it in therapy) Simple patterns a so much more forgiving.

However there is this absolutely beautiful lace scarf (pictures of the sample and then my little piece of it) I want to make and I fear I’ve already messed it up the fifth row in and just noticed on row ten. I know it’s early on but it was so much effort just to get it started :upside_down_face:

Should I keep going or should I just frog and start over?

I think it’s ok, as long as it doesn’t mess with the design of the scarf 10 rows later or something

But if it’s going to bug you for the whole project that you messed up a row, I’d just frog it and start over
