Won’t add testers

I am struggling so much to add testers to my patterns. I’ve gotten 3 of them added but the 4th username just wont add! Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am very new

I once had a struggle adding someone because they had changed their username recently, not sure if that’s the case for you though

Is it an issue adding a specific person or doesn’t it work for any 4th tester?

So I actually just got it to work for them (username i was given was wrong) but i find i have to add a username like 4-5 times to make it work. It never works the first time
