I’m not able to message my testers because there’s someone who has their messages off. Is there a way to fix that?

I just sent you a message bc there was no testers chat! Hopefully they fix it otherwhise youd have to add us all to a message individually.

This can happen from a number of reasons, starting from users turning their profile private, blocking specific users, deleting their account or being suspended. Either way, you can remove this tester for now. They may re-apply later.
