Hi, all. I have been crocheting for a couple of years now, but I am new to Ribblr - I started with Ravelry, then learned about this app just the other day.
I mostly crochet toys for my local Ronald McDonald House, and there are so many cute patterns here on Ribblr!
The only issue is, I crochet mostly with worsted weight yarn. Most lf the free amigurumi I have seen on here are made with #5 yarn or higher.
Since I am new here, by any chance would you all mind helping me out with some recommendations for free patterns that use worsted weight?
I understand if this is asking for too much or is annoying. Either way, thank you, and have a beautiful day!

If a pattern uses #5 or #6 yarn, you can use worsted weight yarn just by downsizing the hook and safety eyes to whatever you want.

They look amazing! I use worsted weight for amigurumi even when the pattern calls for chunkier yarn, just making sure my hook matches, although it will probably be smaller

I have used plush yarn patterns and made them with worsted weight yarn and even threads.
Most of the time it will work, though are are some that state that it must be a specific size.

@craftycellist designs with worsted weight yarn all of the time! I usually test for her in plush or velvet yarn, but I love how her original makes look too!
